The Carnivorous Carnival Reviewed By Kelly

The Carnivorous Carnival
By Kelly

If you ever asked Violet, Klaus, or Sunny Baudelaire the most important word to describe their lives, they would say Count Olaf, a word which here means trouble. One day at Briny Beach, a man named Mr. Poe informed the Buadelaires that their parents had perished in a terrible fire, leaving them a huge fortune. The Baudelaires travel to the hinterlands to find Count Olaf, and to see what other horrible plans he has in store for them. Along the way, they find out that one of their parents might be alive. The Baudelaires join a carnival to see if they can find out more about their parents. Somehow, Count Olaf is at the same carnival. To entertain people, he digs a big pit, and puts a bunch of lions in it. He picks a name out of a hat. Whoever’s name he picks will have to jump into the lion’s cage. Obviously, he picks Violet and Klaus. Will they escape from Olaf with their baby sister Sunny? Will Olaf catch them? Read this book to find out!
